Mahua Honeyed Elixir

Celebrating the ancient spirit of Mahua blossoms. This luxurious drink infuses honey, fresh ginger, and lime with the honeyed warmth of Mahua Wine. Can be served cold over ice or as a cozy warm toddy.

Ingredients

90ml Sam's Mahua Wine
15ml Fresh Ginger juice
15ml Honey syrup (1:1 honey & water)
20ml Fresh Lemon juice
Club soda (chilled) OR 90ml Hot water (warm)

Instructions

Combine Mahua Wine, ginger juice, honey syrup, and lemon juice in a shaker with ice.
Shake vigorously for 15 seconds, then strain into a rocks glass over ice.
Top with a splash of club soda and garnish with a lemon twist.
For Warm Toddy: Stir ingredients with 90ml hot water in a heatproof mug.
